| Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month October through May at 10:00 a.m. Each meeting has a featured speaker and a horticulture presentation “a show and tell” from one of the members. Refreshments are served. | ||

October 11, 2007 ~ "Butterfly Gardening" with Master Gardener Rebecca Petracca, at The Preserve at Coral Square. followed by self guided tours of the extensive Wildlife Habitats throughout the beautifully landscaped property. | ||
| November 8, 2007 ~ “Floral Design" demonstrated by floral designer Deborah Lee Holt of Dalsimer-Atlas Florist and Event Decor. Also enjoy Kalyn's Kustom Designs and embellished pumpkins. | ||
| December 13, 2007 ~ "Holiday Meeting and Luncheon at Holiday House La Quinta Inn, Coral Springs. Plant exchange. "Orchids" our guest speaker, Dr. Robert T. McMillan, Jr. of Univ. of FL. Lunch amoung the decorated table-top Christmas Trees. Chinese auction, plant exchange and prizes. Donation is $25. ~Teddy Bear Parade. | ||

January 10, 2008 ~ "Field Trip" to Flamingo Gardens in Davie. Private guided walking tour of the specialty gardens, a private tram tour, lunch, unusual birds, wildlife show and the beautiful flamingos! Tickets are $19.95. | ||
| February 14, 2008 ~ "Water gardening" with Oronzo Cappola, President and owner of Pond Pros Inc. at the lavish home of Roberta Lewis Solar. Followed by a tour of three private gardens. | ||
| March 13, 2008 ~ "Field Trip" Ann Kolb Nature Center in Hollywood. There will be a private boat tour through the mangroves and lunch. | ||

April 10, 2008 ~ Meeting at Cyprus Hall in Cyprus Hammock Park, 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs. May 8, 2008 ~ Member's Recognition Luncheon with presentation of the Future Steward of the Environment Award and Scholarship to a deserving High School Graduate with Raffle and Chinese Auction at Marolas Italian Restaurant 929 University Drive * Coral Springs at 11:30 a.m. | ||
