Welcome to the Garden Club of Coral Springs, a nonprofit organization; that is educational, horticultural, environmental and community involved, with an IRS designation of 501C (3), therefore it is not owned by any individual(s) that profit from the organization. The Garden Club is directed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers elected by and from the membership. The members are as diverse as flowers in a botanical garden; a blend of gardeners, teachers, homemakers, nurses, lawyers, retirees, business owners and residents of the community, all sharing their love of gardening.
High School Seniors: Now is the time to apply for our Environmental and Horticultural Scholarships. Post mark deadline is April 15, 2017.
This Garden Club organization awards scholarships to support the study of horticulture, floriculture, landscape design, conservation, forestry, botany, agronomy, plant pathology, environmental control, city planning, land management, ecology, horticulture, marine biology, and, allied subjects.
Coral Springs – Looking Good
This is a beautification awards program initiated by the Garden Club of Coral Springs and the Neighborhood Environmental Committee of Coral Springs.
This awards program was established to recognize exceptional properties that, through their property design and maintenance, have made an important contribution to keeping Coral Springs beautiful. The festivities will take place at the Mayor’s Award Luncheon on May 11, 2017 at the beautiful Carolina Club in Margate.
To make this program a success, we need your nominations! You can nominate your favorite business, residential community, school or church garden, your friends, neighbor’s or your own secret garden. This exquisite luncheon and awards event will take place on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at The Carolina Club in Margate, commencing at 11 a.m. Mayor Skip Campbell will be presenting the Mayor’s Award to the winners of “Coral Springs Looking Good”, a citywide beautification program.
